Dennis Bergkamp vowed today that he is ready to travel to Turin by road to help Arsenal reach the Champions League quarter-finals.

Arsenal's fate is now out of their hands following the 2-0 defeat by a stunning Deportivo La Coruna team.

Bergkamp, whose fear of flying has led to him being omitted from numerous away matches, said: 'I have always said I am OK to travel if needed but it is up to the manager.'

Arsene Wenger hinted that if he wants Bergkamp in Turin, he may have to leave him out of Sunday's match at Villa Park.

'The time between the Villa game and the Juventus match is very short and the trip is a long one. I haven't made my decision yet.'
